"I would give this team 100 stars if I could! My vehicle was recently totaled due to an accident caused by another State Farm insured driver, running through a red light. It happened on 7/9, the police report wasn't available until 7/14, but rental wasn't available until 7/17. Once my car was deemed a total loss, I was notified that I only had the rental for 3 days. I was also given 2 different figures for the value of my car by the SF Total Loss Claims Dept. and could not get a response from them for a couple days. It was starting to look like I would barely get enough for a decent down payment, much less sales tax on another vehicle. Let me tell you, Ms. Tammy turned on her "mom" voice, suited up and went to bat for me! The rental was covered for 7 additional days and the value for the total loss was paid at the higher rate. I will be able to cover my down payment and sales tax for a car equivalent to what I had before. I cannot say enough about Tammy and everyone I spoke to during this process! They were all so nice and helpful, making sure things kept moving forward and I was not bogged down with trying to resolve these issues myself! Thank you all for your AMAZING customer service, you're the best!!"

We are struggling so hard emotionally. Thankful everyone made it out. Our memories all we have. Even though our home insurance is with another company (won’t be this round).
